The fertile Sarrabus region, sheltered
from the mistral wind, is famous in Sardinia for its orange
production. Bresca Dorada selects the best organic lemons
and oranges to produce delicate liqueurs. The fruit, on
arriving in the factory, is peeled and the peels are soaked
in pure alcohol, releasing after some days their essential
oils and delicate aromas.
Then, to obtein our special liqueurs, we simply add water
and sugar.
